AM-P have considerable experience of co-ordinating and facilitating public engagement and consultation events on behalf of our clients. Public engagement is a key component of the planning process as it provides the opportunity to create meaningful dialogue with stakeholders and when it is delivered in a constructive and inclusive way, it can be an effective tool in facilitating successful planning outcomes, not only for the client but for local groups and communities as well.
Our consultation and engagement techniques are accessible and inclusive to ensure the widest possible participation. We ensure our communication is clear and concise and we offer stakeholders multiple ways of accessing information and providing feedback which is reviewed and addressed.
