Needing some planning advice on my Grade 2 listed property I carried out on online search for a firm of local town planners. I immediately recognised the name of Andrew Martin who I had worked with on a case many years ago. Looking at their specialities I spoke to Catherine Hewitt who offered telephone advice and followed up with a site visit. Her advice was invaluable.
Subsequent to this visit I needed advice in making a town planning application for a small residential development.
